Boxing:  Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 6:30 PM with Coach Dean

The boxing class is included for free with your Powerhouse Gym Athletic Club membership.  This  60-minute class will be working on hand-eye coordination, reflex speed, footwork, mechanics and overall conditioning. Heavy bags, jump ropes, reflex bags, mitts and other boxing essentials will be used. Bag gloves or hand wraps are required to bring your own or you may purchase them at our Pro Shop.

Yoga: Saturday mornings at 10:30 AM with Barbara Tigue

This 60 min NAMASLAY yoga class is included with your gym membership! We have mats or you can bring your own. Come and join in!
